What is Qi Gong?

KOLIN PURCELL
Kolin first encountered qi gong several years ago while standing in a river in a wilderness park in Hawaii. His friend Nate told him to root into the ground against the flow of the water, and allow his body to move as it wanted to.
Since then, his fascination with the practice led him to experiment with various forms of qi gong and mindful movement in places all over the world such as Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the US, Morocco, Senegal, Ecuador, and Nicaragua.
Wherever he goes, he finds others who want to practice with him, and is constantly amazed by how quickly it tends to calm people down and drop them into a mindful state.
For these reasons and many more, he created this course to bring these simple techniques to people on a wider scale. Kolin’s method of teaching is always rooted in practicality, and attempting to make complicated concepts as simple and accessible as possible.
