BELL Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is full of unexpected happenings. However, commitment is an important part of what we practice and teach. In a world changing as rapidly as ours, we acknowledge the difficulty in making solid plans, but we hope that you will take any commitments you’ve made to engage with us seriously. 

In order for us properly plan our events and provide all our guests with the highest quality experience, we have put in place a policy for cancellation which applies to all retreats, bookings, online courses, and other events hosted with us.

All DEPOSITS paid to reserve your spot are NON-REFUNDABLE. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, however it is necessary in order for us to give a fair chance for everyone to visit us and participate in our offerings.

All REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENTS (meaning the full price minus the deposit) are subject to the following terms:

  • 4 or more weeks before start date: 100% of remaining balance will be refunded upon cancellation
  • 2 – 3 weeks before start date: 75% of remaining balance will be refunded upon cancellation
  • 1 – 2 weeks before start date: 50% of remaining balance will be refunded upon cancellation
  • 1 week or less before start date: No refunds will be given.

If you have an questions or specific circumstances you’d like to discuss, please reach out to us. Although we must strictly enforce this policy in most cases, you are welcome to make a case for a refund if extreme circumstances arise.
