What’s Next?
These are just the very basics. The tip of a deep and satisfying iceberg. Where do you go from here to deepen your practice and bring the effects into your life?
Option #1: Book a free Mindfulness Coaching Session
The guided series above is an excellent way to get your practice off the ground, but can only get you so far.
An experienced teacher can help answer personal questions and guide you around inevitable obstacles that may be difficult to overcome by yourself.
They can also help to hold you accountable, and assist with the tricky process of actually bringing the benefits of mindfulness into life.
Sessions are 1-on-1 and can be conducted online via video chat or in-person.
Option #2: Apply for an Online Training
Learn to meditate with independence
Our Practical Mindfulness Training Online is designed to walk you through all the steps you need to get to meditating daily without the help of guided recordings.
Connect with a group
Join other students as they work through the same content, and attend discussions with time to ask questions and share experiences.
Receive personalized guidance
Gain access to experienced teachers through 1-on-1 meetings and group discussions, where they will do everything they can to support your growing practice.
Option #3: Attend a Meditation Retreat
The Most Effective Type of Practice
Without a doubt, retreats are the “best bang for your buck” when it comes to training your mind through meditation
Having an extended period of time in an environment designed for meditation while surrounded by other students and teachers has the tendency to make magical things happen.
You don’t need extensive meditation experience to attend a retreat. At The B.E.L.L. Center, our retreats are designed to be highly beneficial to anyone from beginner to advanced.
We give you the time and space to uncover things about yourself and the world around you that can be very difficult to understand when you’re wrapped up in a normal lifestyle and only meditating for several minutes per day.
Take the leap. You won’t regret it.
