But generic guidance can only get your practice so far. An experienced teacher can help answer personal questions and guide you around obstacles that may be difficult to overcome by yourself.
They can be someone to hold you accountable, and help you navigate through the tricky process of actually bringing the benefits of mindfulness into life.
Sessions are 1-on-1 and can be conducted online via video chat or in-person.
